The weird thing about arting-- for me, anyway-- is the sheer unexpectedness of it all. I'll go in with a fuzzy idea of what I want, and try for it-- and what ends up on the page is a combination of that original concept, the materials I had available, how much drawing practice I've gotten in recenty, my mood.... So some of the things you mention, like the hidden face, how Thirteen's left eye came out, are.... unexpected pleasures. :3
