I've always seen some parallels between Wolfe & House (genius, lazy, intolerant of people's stupidity, has a small circle of staff, won't see clients unless absolutely goaded into it, gets other people to do all the legwork...) Wilson would be Marco Vukcic (oldest bestest friend, likes good food).
