Ever wish that there was a story out there, somewhere, that just happened to hit every fic kink you ever had?

The one where Cuddy and House were together once, but aren't any more, and there is fallout and backstory and college shenanigans and a secret hush-hush pregnancy that no one ever talks about and they're different people now, goddammit, but they're older and lonelier and maybe there's still something there after all?

The one where Wilson lives in Montreal and goes to McGill and speaks French and meets his first wife and loses his brother and then he meets House and then they *both* speak French and possibly it's a bit more about House and Wilson speaking French than any of that other stuff?

The one where Cameron leaves and attains personal growth and meets a guy who reminds her of her poor dead husband and then she realizes that poor-dead-husband isn't her type anymore because she's grown as a person and then she storms back to Princeton-Plainsboro and gives House what-for and doesn't take no for an answer?

The one where Chase goes back to Australia and it's totally epistolary with emails and chats because he misses--weirdly, and where the hell this came from he doesn't know--Foreman, and then they both say that of course plane tickets are too expensive anyway but then they meet up somehow at a conference or something and then the BIG REALIZATION hits them?

The one where Cuddy and Wilson bond over House but then slowly slowly come to an understanding between them, and there's cheating and dissatisfaction but ultimately they get their lives together and it's not perfect and there's still House somewhere in the mix but they make it work?

The one where Cuddy and Stacy were secretly lovers ever since House's infarction and even over the years and when Stacy came back to Princeton it wasn't just Greg she was interested in and Mark totally knows and maybe even condoned a threesome once and what if House finds out?

The one where House is a kindergarten teacher? ...no, no, wait, come back, somebody's going to write this, right? I MEAN COME ON.

I would LOVE to see a long fic chronicling House and Wilson's meeting and subsquent falling in love, or something cheesy and romantic like that. It's been done, but the thing is that it's either never been terribly long OR finished, which is sad. So, I'd love to see someone take it on!

OK - I could never write this but would love to see - House/Deadwood crossover fic. I've never come across any before (waits for long list of recs) but I would *love* to see House & Wilson treating Swearengen and the rest of the camp of all those horrible Wild West diseases and injuries. Preferably along with the Deadwood Doc (who is so cool).

A House/Nero Wolfe crossover. Like, there's a murder, I guess, and Wilson gets arrested and House hires Wolfe (because that's how these things usually begin) (and I can't think of any other way to get House/anyone else to NYC) and Archie has to go to Jersey and is all "WHY?" and he doesn't like House, and isn't working for him, he's working for Wolfe, which he has to keep reminding House of, who of course doesn't listen, and there is snarky-ness and ego-ness and Wolfe doesn't trust cellphones.

Um.

Or maybe Archie gets sick while working and has to get treated.

Whichever. They just need to be crossed over, dammit!

What a fantastic idea. I've always seen some parallels between Wolfe & House (genius, lazy, intolerant of people's stupidity, has a small circle of staff, won't see clients unless absolutely goaded into it, gets other people to do all the legwork...) Wilson would be Marco Vukcic (oldest bestest friend, likes good food).

Oh God what a plot bunny. I've already signed up for bigbang with a whole completely different story already worked out, but this one is SO tempting...

I would give my gimpy leg to read another House/Scrubs crossover. I know there's the one (House Without a Limp, I think it's called?). I just love watching House and Cox interact.

I'm trying to decide whether I should give it a try. I haven't written anything over 20,000 words in four years. And that was some bad!fic anyway. Encouragement/plotbunnies, anyone?

There's the one I was thinking about where Wilson's been on antidepressants since college, or even med school, and was still very secretive about taking them, but House figured it out very soon after meeting him. And later, after House starts to take pain medication, Wilson comes around to the necessity of his own pills. I'd love to write this for all the nifty parallels and comments that could be made about needed medications for different problems, but I don't feel I'd be able to do Wilson's depression properly.

There's another one where Wilson gets chicken pox because he was never exposed to the disease as a kid, and House has to take care of him, and it's silly and fun without being sappy or sentimental.

I want to see a sick!wilson fic where Wilson has contracts HIV. I've only seen one in fandom, and it ended on the realization that Wilson was HIV-positive. I want to see the fallout, how everyone reactions. But I haven't a clue how to write it myself.

Crossover Galore

1. Can we have a little House/Law & Order: Special Victims Unit? Both House and Cuddy are in NYC for a conference and while Cuddy is out on the town alone...you can see where I'm going with this. (Cuddy, House or Cuddy/House)

2. For a little bit of craziness, I've always wanted to see a House/Dark Angel Crossover, where both House (and/or Cuddy) worked at Manticore as doctors. Totally AU, and bonus points for having Max still be in contact with the docs. Plot, you ask? How about House and/or Cuddy is being hunted by Manticore to be eliminated because they worked there. Max (she could be with Zach, Tinga, Brin, Jace, whoever)tries comes to try and save him, her, them.

3. I love alliteration so the House/Heroes appealed to me. Remember Charlie? She had supermemory that could make her a genius? Well imagine that it was House that truly had that power. Bonus points for others, namely Cuddy or Wilson,having powers too.

How about instead of House being a kindergarten teacher, he, Cuddy, Wilson, and the Ducklings ARE in kindergarten? I also have a Cheaper By the Dozen idea involving the six of them and various guest starring characters.

tiggpwns and I have discussed both ideas, but nothing's ever come of them. *sigh* The more I plan, the less I write and--anyway--I have two monster WIPs in the making already so I freely give those away.

Stipulations:

CBtD: House and Wilson are nine year old fraternal twins. Cuddy is the oldest. Chase is the youngest. Foreman is obviously adopted.

Kindergarten: House spends a lot of time in time-out and is strangely antagonized toward the plastic soldiers and airplanes; has some sort of foreign accent and is the 'old-new kid'. Cuddy is teacher's pet and loves her job as eraser cleaner. Wilson spends a lot of time with the Little Tykes kitchenette and he and Cuddy are the only ones House will let touch him.

Cameron keeps trying to hug or kiss House, but he screams about cooties and pushes her away.

Chase is the new-new kid and has a stuffed koala bear. After House won't let her touch him, she tries the same with Chase. He doesn't like it, but doesn't not like her.

Foreman...I have no clue. As long as his character isn't assassinated like he was this season, then do whatever you want. Oh, right, and there should probably be mention of his brother somewhere...
