Wilson's mysterious long lost brother shows up. The reason why the brother cut all ties to his family in the first place? Because he was a transexual, and they couldn't accept it. How will Wilson deal with the appearance of his brother-turned-sister, who he loved and still loves with all his heart?

Half of the time House sees Wilson, Wilson is just a figment of his imagination. How will he deal with this, and what are the consequences?

A House MD/Harry Potter crossover/AU. Everything is set in 1980, so we're moving PPTH 24 years back in time. Wilson is in fact a squib, and his family are related to the infamous Blacks (because, who aren't related to the Blacks in some way or other?). Because of this connection, Wilson gets dragged into the affairs of Voldemort and the first Order of the Phoenix. House, who won't let Wilson go without a proper explanation, and ends up getting involved too. Will they be able to prevent the events that lead up to the tragedy on October 31st, one year later? (Preferable without evil!Peter and with Remus/Sirius)
