Hi, Big Bangers!

As you may have noticed, Decemeber 15th--the halfway mark of the challenge--has slipped quietly by. You may all be busy with yuletide or other Christmas challenges, but January marks a new and exciting time to up your word counts, so don't worry too much: there's still lots of time left.

This is, of course, a post in which you can ask for support, cheerleading, raise questions, and brag--but, if you'd like to make an individual post, remember that we also support these and any OT discussion over at housebigbangers, our support comm.

A little question: We're able to refine the drafts once we submit them for the first deadline in Feb., right? The final versions aren't due until March, if I understand correctly. Or am I off the mark?

You're quite right: we need a complete first draft by February 15, but you can keep revising and send us a final draft no later than March 15.

You may want to revise the community info. I had planned on having a complete first draft by Feb. 15, but the info makes it appear that the story has to be completed completed. I was panicked there for a bit.
