Prompts Post
Ever wish that there was a story out there, somewhere, that just happened to hit every fic kink you ever had?
The one where House and Wilson only missed hooking up by the nearest of margins all those years ago at that conference, and throughout the next fifteen or however many years they keep just missing, and then they think that they must both be past it and it'll never happen and it probably wouldn't have worked anyway--but then it does?
The one where Amber didn't die in the bus crash but she was horribly wounded, and Wilson vows to take care of her for the rest of her life, but all House can see is that Amber is even more an impediment and a buzzkill as a vegetable than she ever was as Wilson's girlfriend--until the day he sits down and has a genuine conversation with her and learns why she's really hanging around?
The one where Thirteen never gets with Foreman because instead she settles down with a woman who is strong, funny, generous, and doesn't put a lot of bullshit between herself and Thirteen over her job--and that woman is Cameron?
The one where Amber and Thirteen totally spend a night of passion together and it was both awesome and hot, but then not only do they have House leering over them but the whole department getting up in their business, and they can deal with all of that because despite the fact that they hate each other, they kinda like each other too--until the day they find out about Thirteen's Huntington's, and Amber realizes she can't deal?
The one where House owns a secondhand bookshop and collects first editions (which he hates for anyone to actually buy), and Foreman is the IRS guy who comes by to take a long, lingering, suspicious look at his books (no, not the first editions), and it all seems like it'll only ever go badly until Wilson (the barista) and Cuddy (the antiques dealer) conspire to make the two of them see that there's something more going on?
The one where House is a kindergarten teacher? ...no, no, wait, come back, somebody's going to write this, right? I MEAN COME ON.
If you're not a writer, or if 20 000 words is very intimidating, or you'd like to pitch a few ideas in the pot, then this is the post for you! Give of your plotbunnies, and the Big Bang participants will thank you.

- Cameron finds out her character is being written off the show and goes on a quest to find the producers and give them a piece of her mind. Obviously full of crack and humor and other good things of that nature.
- Kutner and Amber meet in the afterlife and have fun, ghostly adventures together.
- Thirteen begins showing signs of Huntington's, and right on cue, Wilson becomes interested in the next needy person at PPTH. (I want to see some Wilson x Thirteen. Is that so wrong?)
Perhaps later I will return with more. Or maybe I'll sign up, despite the fact that 20,000 words is very intimidating indeed.

~ PPTH is on fire. Expound on the past, present, and future.
How did it start? What was everyone doing the day it happened?
Is everyone calm when it happens? Was anyone trapped? Did anyone "play hero"/really was a hero? Was anyone permanently injured?
Will they all end up working at different hospitals? Will PPTH be restored to its former glory?
~ House choosing to stay in his 'No Reason' hallucination.
~ House and his piano.
~ Wilson and Taub cheat on their current relationships with the same woman.
~ The main cast are all just different personalities for someone's multiple-personality-disorder.
~ The world of Coma-Guy.
~ One of the main characters is on trial. The prosecutor is their conscience, the defense is their common-sense, the case is their life.
~ House and Wilson never get their issues settled and end up living the rest of their lives with regret. They get reincarnated. Will they be able to resolve their problems this time? Or will destiny keep cycling leaving them doomed to repeat their mistakes again and again?
~ Cate Milton comes in to help resolve the House/Wilson situation.
~ House, losing his mind to guilt, tries to make things right with the other major situations he's had in his life. It's a reunion with Volger, Tritter, and whatever else is down memory lane!
~ All of House's old patients. Link their stories together somehow.
~ What if the baraku that inspired House to be a doctor, really was JUST a janitor? How different would House's life turn out to be? What different turns did he take?
~ House's Head/Wilson's Heart never happened. What if Wilson's LLB ended up killing Amber, and House was the only one that knew?
~ Gregory House is an award-winning, brillant actor albeit extremely rude. He just got the lead role of Hugh Laurie, a humble, British doctor for a new television series.
~ "Cameron" and "Chase" are a pair of private detectives who specialize in undercover work.
~ AU House!cast (+ Amber) are trapped in an underwater hospital base with only one week's worth of oxygen and 5 escape pods.
"There are 10 doctors on board and only 5 escape pods, could it get any worse?"
"One of those doctors is in a coma, one has a concussion along with short term memory loss, one is suddenly crippled, one is pregnant, and we are running out of power. I'd say everything's great!"
~ Wilson wakes up one morning to House and Amber not having a clue who he is, and wanting to kill him. 'Dangerous Game'-esque (Bonus points for syringe darts flying at him XD)
~ House died during the 'infarction'. How would the current canon be affected?

In my second year of law school when the workload is forming a stranglehold this should not be such a turn on. I would love to write this so, so much. *hugs criminal law textbook and Begins to Plot*

House and Wilson go to a conference. Every doctor there is shocked to hear that they are, in fact, not screwing like bunnies.
Also, somebody finds out about Grace. I've read something like this once, and loved it. Maybe Wilson loses his license?

Hee! I can't pull this off, but it would be hilarious to read!

A House/Pretender crossover. Jarod did a number of pretends as a doctor - what happens when he winds up at PPTH, investigating a drug addict doctor? Or a new Huntington's drug that (due to a faulty trial) is doing more harm than good? Or a corrupt Board of Trustees that has just sold out to The Centre? As an added bonus, lots of good snark potential between House & Miss Parker, who of course tracks Jarod down. Perhaps thanks to her old dance school classmate Cuddy, who's intrigued by the handsome doctor as smart as House, but not (apparently) nearly as damaged?
I'm all for more House/Cuddy in the world, but do with them as you will... :)

I hope somebody likes at least one of them! <3
-Wilson suddenly is secretly able to read House's mind, he decides that he wants to try and use this to his advantage...but he ends up learning some rather disturbing things, about House’s past and how he sees the world, and how he thinks the world sees him. Sequentially Wilson bites off more than he can chew.
-During a night in with Wilson, House hears large explosions off in the distance, they are enough to make the room shake, and his eardrums ache…trouble is, House is the only one who can hear them. Is this some sort of hallucination…or something more?
-Wilson decides that he and House are about due for an extended vacation, and decides to take House with him to a foreign country, where nobody knows who they are. (Maybe they somewhat let their personas go whilst there.)
-House decides to take up painting and photography. Wilson becomes his muse.
